Brewed in Everett, MA, Night Shift Brewing’s Viva Habanera will make you stand up and shout Olé! This is a rye ale, created with rye malts, agave nectar from Mexico, aged with fresh habanero peppers that are added after fermentation. It is, as the brewers point out, “fiery,” but the Belgian house yeast helps temper that. Spicy, zesty, with a peppery kick, you can pair it with smoky ribs, tacos and more.
