Cochon555 coming to Brooklyn January 29th
Cochon555 heads to Brooklyn (otherwise known as New Pork City) on January 29th for its signature nose-to-tail pig cooking competition with features that include the Somm Smackdown with wine/pork matching, 1,500 pounds of heritage breed alongside a Heritage Rum Cart and a Ramen Bar; Farmstead Cheeses; a pop-up Butcher Shop for Charity; Smoked Old Fashioneds and numerous artisanal wines. Saloniki opens 2nd location in Central Square, Cambridge
