Chef-Owner Tony Maws is offering a slow-cooked and then grilled seasoned chicken with choice of two side dishes. This week’s bird is served with roasted Easter Egg potatoes with roast garlic and lemon, broccoli slaw, salsa verde, and Iggy’s garlic bread.
