Harlem neighborhood to undergo changes
NEW YORK – The Worldwide Leasing Team of Faith Hope Consolo at Douglas Elliman became the exclusive agency to lease 101-109 Lenox Ave. between West 115th and 116th Streets in Harlem recently. The ground floor retail on that block is undergoing full renovation with new glass storefronts and improved interiors. Some 3,000 sq. ft. is available on the ground floor for restaurants and retail stores. The area has become home to various high-profile Harlem restaurants from Amy Ruth’s to Settepani, Cheri, and Marcus Samuelsson’s Red Rooster among other cutting edge establishments.

LOUISVILLE, KY- For decades, Bourbon has held its own at the bar, the basis for sun perennial favorites as the Old Fashioned, mint juleps, whiskey sours and more. Celebrate Bourbon this Fall here at the first-ever Bourbon & Beyond festival – an event fearing Bourbon, food and music. In addition to the finest bourbon, top musical talent and interactive, hands-on workshops with major distillers, the inaugural Bourbon & Beyond event will partner with renowned local chefs, restaurants and culinary personalities . Comedy showcases and various other immersive experiences will run throughout the weekend. Additional nighttime events and group tours will be available, as well as pre- and post-festival experiences extending into Louisville and the greater Kentucky area.

*The Hunter’s Club: A bourbon hound’s dream come true with experimental, rare, and hard-to-find bourbons.
*The Bourbon Barrel Cooperage: Attendees will see first-hand how coopers assemble barrels A behind-the-scenes look at how coopers craft the oak barrels used to age bourbon.
*The Distillery: An interactive experience to discover the life of a master blender, taster, and distiller. Ticket holders will get the chance to meet with select master distillers and brand ambassadors to learn everything there is to know about bourbon through various workshops, interactive exhibits, artwork and so much more.
*Bourbon Workshops: Access to bourbon’s best and brightest in a series of free and intimate distilling, bartending, pairing, and cooking workshops.
*The BOURBON & BEYOND Bourbon Trail: Bringing to life the history of bourbon through a real life bourbon trail throughout the entire festival
*Secret Speakeasies hidden throughout the festival grounds with a different method of entry to each where special drinks will be featured.
