The Spirit(s) World – Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur

Serrallés USA and Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur recently announced a long-term, co-operating U.S. sales and marketing partnership. The liqueur is kosher certified and gluten free with bold and as the name declares, intense flavor. It is handcrafted in Brooklyn, NY and uses more than 200 lbs. of fresh ginger per batch with no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. The distillation process is said to be unique to the ginger category in that it contains only four ingredients: ginger, sugar, cane spirit and filtered water. At 44 Proof, Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur offers a distinct ginger expression. The liqueur is being rolled out in MA and NH this spring from M.S. Walker. The Spirit(s) World – Autumn in bottle

We all associate Fall with pumpkins. This Fall, there’s a new vodka on the market that seeks to showcase “the seasonal delight of roasted pumpkin and baking spices” – Crop’s Organic Spiced Pumpkin Vodka. With a suggested retail price of $30, it joins Crop’s lineup of Artisanal, Cucumber, Tomato and Meyer Lemon vodkas.
Mix with cola or shake with Irish cream liqueur over ice for your own take on pumpkin pie with whipped cream. Or serve in a hot toddy on a chilly day. Made following strict USDA organic standards, it’s distilled from 100 percent American grain, free of GMOs, artificial fertilizers or pesticides.
